海南槟榔炭疽病病原菌的鉴定 被引量:6

摘要 研究了海南槟榔炭疽病的症状及其病原菌的形态特征、致病性,并分析了病原菌的rDNA-ITS序列。结果表明:从海南槟榔的5个主要栽培区采集的26份病样中均获得了相似的分离物;病原菌分生孢子长卵圆形或圆柱形,大小为(12.0~21.3)μm ×(3.5~6.0)μm,经回接后形成的症状与田间典型症状一致;病原菌在系统进化树上与胶孢炭疽菌处在同一分支,同源性达100%。综合该病原菌的形态特征、致病性和rDNA-ITS区段的分析结果,将海南槟榔炭疽病的病原鉴定为胶孢炭疽菌( Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)。 The symptoms of arecanut anthracnose in Hainan as well as the morphological characteristics and pathogenicity of pathogen of this disease were studied, and the ribosomal DNA-ITS sequence of this pathogen was analyzed.The results indicated that similar isolates were all obtained from 26 diseased arecanut samples collected from 5 main cultivating regions of Hainan; the conidia of this pathogen were oval or cylindrical, and their size was (12.0--21.3)μm ×(3.5~6.0)μm;after being inoculated, this pathogen caused the same symptoms as the typical symptoms in field diseased samples; the pathogen was in the same branch with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides in phylogenetic tree, and the homology of this two reached 100%.According to the morphological characteristics, pathogenicity and rDNA-ITS sequence of the pathogen of arecanut anthracnose in Hainan, it was identified as Col-letotrichum gloeosporioides.
