摘要
脉冲烟雾机具有防治效率高、用药量省等显著优点,但存在只能对油溶剂农药进行热力烟化,而无法对水基型农药进行热力雾化的问题。为此,针对现有脉冲烟雾机,根据脉冲发动机的工作原理、燃烧喷雾时的流场分布特征,理论分析以脉冲发动机为动力、集喷烟雾和喷水雾功能于一机的可行性。通过对供油系统、化油器、进气阀门和燃烧室结构的改进,成功研制出一种对油溶剂农药和水基型农药均适用的脉冲式烟雾水雾机,适应了果园内不同防治时期、不同剂型的施药要求。
Pulse smoke machine had significant features of high efficiency of prevention, low-dosage etc. But there was a problem that oil solvent pesticides could be thermodynamically atomized, while water-based pesticides couldn' t. Ac- cording to the working theory of pulse engine and the distributed characteristic of its flow parameters, the feasibility of pulsed smoke and water fog machine was theoretical analyzed in this paper. Through the structural improvement of fuel supply system, carburet tor, air intake valve and combustion chamber, a new pulsed smoke and water fog machine was successfully development which was suitable for the requirements of the different chemicals and that in different periods.
