摘要
橡胶是海南的主要热带经济作物之一,其产物可加工成多种制品。橡胶在加工成产品之前需要切割橡胶树使其产生胶乳,才可进一步进行加工生产;但能进行橡胶有效切割的时间很短,所以提高橡胶切割的效率具有很大的经济价值。为此,设计了一款小型割胶机,采用仿人工割胶的方法,并以弧形挡板、刀片块与螺钉弹簧的配合定距来辅助割胶,以达到良好的割胶质量和效果;并基于PLC对橡胶切割过程的控制进行了研究。此小型割胶机的实现能大大提高割胶效率,为橡胶企业的规模化提供了发展基础,并将促使橡胶经济实现跨越式发展。
Rubber is one of the major tropical economic crops in Hainan, its product processing into various products. Rubber after processing into products before the need to cut the rubber tree to produce latex can be further processed to produce. But for rubber cutting time is very short, so to improve the efficiency of rubber cutting is of great economic val- ue. So here is a new convenient tapping machine, by using the method of artificial tapping, and the arc-shaped baffle, blade block with screw spring distance to assist tapping, in order to achieve good tapping quality and effect. PLC the de- sign and research of control of rubber cutting based on process, greatly improve the tapping efficiency, provide the basis for the development of rubber business scale, and promote economic development by leaps and bounds rubber.
