摘要
甜菜顶部的物理特性对于甜菜动态仿形切顶装置的设计研究至关重要。为此,通过对收获期甜菜的顶部物理特征参数(植株自然高度、块根露出地面高度、块根最大处直径、青苔厚度、茎叶展开尺寸)进行了测定研究,探索其顶部生长特征分布规律。同时,对甜菜顶部机械力学特性进行了试验研究,获得了切刀刃角、切削深度与甜菜顶部支反力的规律,为甜菜收获机切顶作业过程中甜菜顶部的动态仿形研究提供了相应的设计参数和重要的理论依据。
The top physical characteristics of sugar beet are essential to the design and research of sugar beet dynamic profiling topper device. According to studied on determination of the parameters of the top physical characteristics during harvesting stage (natural plant height, root height above the ground, root diameter at the maximum, moss thickness, leaf expand size) , researching the distribution regularities of the top growth characteristics. While , the sugar beet top mechanics characteristics were studied to obtain the law between cutting edge angle, cutting depth and sugar beet top reaction force. The law provide design parameters and critical theory for the dynamic profiling study of toppers during the operation of sugar beet harvesting machine.
