摘要
苹果树的枝干较高,导致果农采摘困难及耗费大量劳动力等问题。为此,设计了一种基于单片机控制的苹果采摘机的自动控制系统。该采摘机不仅能够高效、快速地采摘苹果,而且在保证苹果完好前提下采取了较好的措施,通过人工的配合,能够完成自动寻找、采摘、送回苹果一系列的控制动作。该采摘机可实现降低成本、改善劳动条件、降低人工劳动强度及行业综合成本的目的,实现苹果自动化的连续作业,提高了经济效益。
The tree branches due to high fruit picking difficulties and cost a lot of problems such as large amount of la- bor, this paper put forward a kind of automatic control system based on single chip microcomputer apple picking ma- chine. The picker is not only able to pick apples, efficient, fast, and in terms of guarantee apple complete type taken good measures, by artificial, automatically search, picking, picking machine can perform a series of control actions back to apple. The realization of the apple picking machine design can reduce costs, improve labor condition, reduce labor in- tensity of labor, to reduce the comprehensive cost of the industry and realize the automatic continuous operation, impro- ving the economic benefit.
