摘要
为提高依靠弹簧作为动力的后插式蔬菜移栽机分插机构工作的稳定性,运用拉格朗日方法,从能量学角度建立机构动力学模型,结合机构栽植运行轨迹,利用MatLab-simulink系统对所建模型进行动力学仿真。结果表明:在给定具体初始条件下建立的机构动力学模型,可快速获得满足移栽机构工作轨迹要求、机构振动与回弹程度较轻的动力参数解,为后插式蔬菜移栽机分插机构动力学控制方法设计与研究提供了理论依据。
In order to improve on spring as power rear inserted vegetable transplant transplanting mechanism working stability and using the Lagrange method, establish dynamic model of mechanism from the energy perspective, binding mechanism of planting trajectory, utilizing the MATLAB-simulink system dynamic simulation of the model. The results show that in the given initial conditions, the mechanism dynamics model can meet the dynamic parameters of transplan- ting trajectory requirements and mechanism of vibration and the rebound degree lighter solution to obtain fast. For inser- ting vegetable transplant transplanting mechanism dynamics and control design and research method provides theoretical foundation.
