摘要
针对目前宁夏南部山区杏鲍菇子实体生长发育期对环境依赖性较强的特点,设计了一种群落式杏鲍菇生长环境远程监控系统。该系统集成应用了多传感器技术、GPRS传输技术、PLC控制及软件组态技术,对菇棚内的温度、湿度、CO2浓度和光照强度进行实时数据采集、处理和显示。同时,依据杏鲍菇生长发育期对环境因子的不同需求,利用S7-200 PLC控制菇棚内的空调、喷淋装置、换气扇、散光灯等执行器的运行,对菇棚环境因子进行综合调控。在实际生产过程中的应用表明,该系统工作性能稳定,在数据采集、传输、执行器控制以及群落式生长环境调控等方面均满足工程设计要求。
Focus on the characteristics that the growth period of Pleurotus eryngii has a strong dependence on the envi- ronment in Ningxia Southern Mountains, a remote monitoring system for community-style growth environment of Pleurotus eryngii was designed. The system, which integrated technology of multi-sensor, GPRS transmission, PLC and configuration, conducted the real-time data acquisition, processing and remote monitoring for environmental factors inclu- ding temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration and light intensity in the mushroom shed. Meanwhile, based on the dif- ferent needs of environmental factors for Pleurotus eryngii growth and development, the system controlled air condition- ing, sprinklers, ventilation fans, astigmatism lights by using S7-200PLC in the mushroom shed, which achieved the comprehensive regulation of environmental factors of the mushroom shed. The application in the practical production shows that the system can operate well and meet the engineering design requirements in the regulation of the data acquisi- tion, data transmission, actuator operation and the community-type growth environment.
