水稻智能化催芽监控系统的设计

摘要 催芽是水稻生产过程中的重要环节,随着农业技术的不断发展,对催芽技术也提出了更高的要求。为了保证水稻催芽系统智能化、规模化发展,采用组态软件,设计了一个水稻智能化催芽监控系统。该系统可以对催芽所需的温度、水循环等环境参数进行监控,满足水稻催芽不同阶段所需的条件。运用组态软件开发出上位机监控系统,实现整个系统中数据信息和工作模式的实时监控、数据存储、工艺流程的动画显示等功能。该系统性能可靠稳定,能够实时、全方位地监测与控制各环境参数,为水稻催芽产业的发展提供自动化技术支持。 Sprouting is the important link in the process of rice production, with the continuous development of agricul- ture and technology, the sprouting technology is also put forward higher requirements. Intelligent, scale development, in order to ensure that the rice sprouting system adopts configuration software, this paper designed an intelligent rice sprou- ting monitoring system. The system can the environment parameters, such as temperature, water needed for the sprouting in the monitor, the required conditions meet the emergence of different rice stage. Using configuration software to develop a PC monitoring system, realize the whole system of data information, the working mode of real-time monitoring, data storage, the technological process of animation display, and other functions. The system is reliable, stable performance, can real-time and comprehensive monitoring and control of environmental parameters, provides the sprouting of rice in- dustry automation technical support.
