摘要
以水平螺旋输送机为对象,研究其输送揉碎后的玉米秸秆的性能。通过试验,分析转速、螺距、含水率对输送量和功耗的影响程度,绘制出趋势图,找出最佳转速、最佳螺距以及最佳含水率;同时,找出一组最佳参数,保证达到一定输送量的情况下功耗最小。试验表明:转速对输送量和功耗的影响最显著,含水率其次,螺距的影响最小。
Horizontal screw conveyor for the equipment, I will study the transport of maize straw after crumbled corn per- formance. Speed, pitch, moisture impact on throughput and power through experimental analysis, mapping out the trends, find the best speed, the best pitch and optimum water content, and to identify a set of parameters to ensure opti- mal reach under certain circumstances throughput, minimize power consumption. Experimental data show that: the im- pact on throughput speed and power of the most significant, followed by the moisture content, the impact of the minimum pitch.
