摘要
甘蔗收获过程中,存在着甘蔗和蔗叶缠绕一起向后输送的问题。为此,通过甘蔗收集架进行蔗叶分布情况的试验研究,得出甘蔗和蔗叶的分布区域。在此基础上,提出了蔗叶分离机构的解决方案,即采用反向旋转除杂辊的方法来实现蔗叶分离,最后进行了单因素对比试验以及田间正交实验,含杂率分别下降了4.2%与5.4%。
In the sugarcane harvesting process, there are problems of sugarcane and sugar cane leaves wrapped transpor- ted back together, experimental study the distribution of sugarcane leaf paper collected through sugar cane frame, draw cane and sugar cane leaf distribution area. On this basis, the solution proposed separation mechanism of sugarcane leaf design method impurity reverse rotation roller to achieve separation of sugar cane leaves, and finally a single factor com- parative tests and field orthogonal experiment, impurity rate dropped 4.2 respectively % and 5.4%.
