摘要
目前新疆拥有番茄加工生产线约320余条,每年产生酱后皮渣20余万t,深加工潜力巨大;但由于皮渣相互粘结、比重相差较小,造成分离困难较大,阻碍番茄产业链的延伸和种子工程的发展。为此,阐述了酱后皮渣处理概况、物料特性和国内外酱后皮渣分离现状,着重对干法分离和湿法分离中的沉降分离、离心分离和双作用分离进行了综述和评述,并对酱后皮渣分离技术趋势进行了展望。
Xinjiang have about 320 tomato processing line at present , producing more than 20 million tons pomace per year .The pomace has great potential of deep processing , but the separation of seed and skin is quite difficult because of mutual bonding and smaller difference of proportion .This prevents the extension of tomato industrial chain and the devel-opment of tomato seeds engineering .This paper provided the separation overview ,material properties and separation situa-tion of tomato pomace , and the dry and wet separation of tomato pomace were reviewed and commented emphatically .At last , the paper discussed technology trends of tomato pomace separation .
