摘要
简要介绍了辣椒去核机的结构及其工作原理,并着重介绍了冲核凸轮装置。根据凸轮机构之间的协调运动关系,确定杆件的参数范围,运用反转法推导出凸轮轮廓曲线理论方程。运用MatLab软件编写出凸轮轮廓生成器程序,并给出凸轮轮廓线以及轮廓线上各点的坐标值。通过对凸轮轮廓线的设计,完成了辣椒去核机冲核装置重要零部件的设计,并编写参数化的凸轮轮廓线生成程序,为后序结构优化设计提供依据。
A brief introduction to the pitter chili structure and working principle , and highlights the impact nucleus cam device;based on coordinated motion between the cam mechanism to determine the parameters of the rod ;the use of inversion method derives the theoretical equation cam profile;using MATLAB software to write a program of the cam profile generator , and draws the cam contours and gives the coordinates of each point of the cam contour line .Through the cam contour design , completes the design of the impact nucleus device important components of directional pitter chili and writes parametric cam contour generation program and optimizing the design to provide the basis for the postorder structure .
