摘要
目前,国内外海湾扇贝加工过程中海湾扇贝的清洗主要采用人工清洗,占用了大量的劳动力资源。为减少海湾扇贝加工过程中人工的参与,提出了螺旋毛刷辊式清洗海湾扇贝的方法,并做了大量的相关试验。为此,设计了专门用于清洗海湾扇贝的清洗机,并针对海湾扇贝的特点对主要功能部件进行了改良和创新设计,使其结构更简单、更实用,对海湾扇贝表面的泥沙、杂质有更好的清洗效果。设计中,采用空心的螺旋毛刷辊可同时起到清洗和运输的作用,而且毛刷辊上方有喷水管,清洗效果更好。此外,设计了废水处理装置,完成了水资源的回收再利用。
Because of the cleaning of argopecten irradias in the process of argopecten irradias processing at home and abroad mainly adopts artificial cleaning , which takes up a lot of labor resources .To reduce artificial participation in the manufacturing process of argopecten irradias, I put forward to use the spiral brush roller type cleaning method to clean argopecten irradias, and do a lot of relevant tests .Based on them, I designed the cleaning machine specifically for cleaning argopecten irradias , combined with the related cleaning mechanism in view of the characteristics of argopecten irradias to improve and innovate design the main feature , making its structure more simple , more practical .This device has better cleaning effect for silt impurities on the surface of argopecten irradias .In the design of the hollow spiral brush roller can also have the effect of cleaning and transportation , and there is water spray over the brush roller make the cleaning effect better .In addition , I also design a wastewater treatment equipment , completed the water resources recycling .
