Potato and Sweet Potato Planting and Its Harvest Machinery

我国是马铃薯和甘薯最大的生产国和消费国,但两者生产的机械化水平发展滞后,尤其是收获机械的紧缺成为其产业发展最大障碍。为此,综述了国内外马铃薯和甘薯种植概况、收获机械发展历史和现状,简要介绍了相关技术产品,并针对目前国内马铃薯和甘薯收获机械发展现状提出了相应的对策和建议。

As for potato and sweet potato , China is the largest producer and consumer in the world .However , the level of mechanization for the two crops lags behind so much , especially the short of harvesting machinery which becomes the biggest obstacle to its industrial development , This paper reviews domestic and international planting situation of potato and sweet potato , the development history and status quo of the harvesting machinery , and the related technologies and products is introduced briefly .In the light of the development of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions is put forward as well at last .
