摘要
软波导是微波设备和馈线间起缓冲作用的传输线。对矩形软波导在系统工作过程中发生的局部烧毁,依据软波导工作条件,就烧毁可能的原因进行了分析和总结,并在HFSS中对分析进行了仿真计算和验证。
Flexible waveguide is a kind of transmission line between microwave equipment and feeder playing buffer role. A part of flexible rectangular waveguide was burned during the operation of the system. The possible burnout causes are anayzed and concluded according to the working conditions. And based on the analysis, calculation and simulation of the waveguide are carried out in the HFSS. Finally, the analysis is verified.
