摘要
针对390H型燃气联合循环发电机转子因绝缘纸移位造成匝间短路的故障,进行了交流阻抗试验,并辅以发电机势流比、励磁电流、振动等运行参数变化趋势的分析,监视故障变化动态。结果表明,对于发电机转子因绝缘子移位的匝间故障,通过以交流阻抗试验为主,多种方法综合判断,在交流阻抗值最高下降达30%时,能够及时掌握故障变化情况,以实现二班制运行及检修统筹。
In allusion to 390H gas combined cycle generator rotor inter-turn short circuit fault caused by in-sulation paper translocation,the AC impedance test was carried out and analysis on operation parameters like the generator potential flow ratio,excitation current and vibration was conducted to monitor the fault changes.The results show that,when the AC impedance decreases to 30% (the highest decline value),AC impedance test assisted by multiple j udgement methods can realize online monitoring of the fault,thus to a-chieve double shift mode operation and maintenance plan.
