摘要
提出了一种涉及压力容器技术领域的新型分离式支腿模板结构,该结构包括中心板、多个基础板以及多个连接梁;新方法将现有的两端焊接固定基础板结构改进为一端可拆卸的结构。这种结构的改进,一方面有利于支腿模板的吊装与运输,另一方面能够确保基础板的开孔与支腿底板的开孔匹配的准确度。
A new separate leg structure for the pressure vessel was introduced. The leg structure includes a center panel, a plurality of base plates and connecting beams; welding two ends for fixing base plate structure is improved to the removable structure of one end. The improvement of this structure is beneficial to leg lifting and transportation, on the other hand to ensuring the matching accuracy of openings on the base plate and the plate of the leg.
