Research and Discussion on Recovery and Utilization of Torch Vent Gas From Sulige Natural Gas Processing Plant

苏里格气田已建成六座天然气处理厂,都设置了高低压火炬放空系统,长明灯至今未熄灭。通过对火炬放空系统的研究,对火炬系统的可靠性与熄灭火炬的可行性进行分析,提出熄灭火炬的一些建议措施,能够安全、有效的熄灭处理厂火炬长明灯,减少天然气的排放,达到节能减排的目的。

Six natural gas processing plants have been built in Sulige gas field; they have high and low press torch emptying systems. In this paper, based on research of the torch vent system, the reliability of the torch system was analyzed as well as the feasibility of extinguishing the torch, and some suggestions about extinguishing the torch were put forward, and the plant torch could be safely and effectively extinguished, which could reduce gas emission to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
