摘要
社会经济的快速发展,促进了科学进步。现代科技水平不断提升进一步促进了节能技术的快速发展。本文主要以常减压装置加热炉的余热回收系统作为研究对象,结合装置运行特点,重点介绍了节能改造与相关操作。分析提高加热炉热效率和节能的有效途径,实现加热炉低能耗、高效率的运行。
The rapid development of social economy promotes the advancement of science. And modem science and technology level rising further promotes the rapid development of the energy saving technology. In this paper, taking waste heat recovery system of heating furnace in atmospheric and vacuum units as the research object, combined with characteristics of the plant operation, the energy-saving reform and related operations were introduced. The effective ways to improve the heating furnace thermal efficieney and energy saving efficiency were analyzed, heating furnace operation under low energy consumption and high efficiency was realized.
