针灸及中药离子导入治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

Clinical results of acupuncture,moxibustion & ionic absorption (iontophoresis) of Chinese medicinals in the treatment of knee arthrosis

目的 观察针灸及中药离子导入治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 将 12 8例膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为针导组和对照组。针导组采用以局部取穴为主远端配穴为辅 ,针刺加局部艾灸 ,配合中药离子导入的方法 ,共治疗 72例 ;对照组采用辨证分型内服中药配合常规非特异性消炎镇痛西药的方法 ,共治疗 5 6例。结果 针导组治愈率达 73 6 1% ,对照组治愈率达 39 2 9%。针导组治愈率明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 针灸加中药离子导入治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有较好疗效。从出现效果的时间及治疗后的副作用等方面考虑 ,比口服药物治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有明显优势。

Objective To observe the clinical results of acupuncture,moxibustion & ionic absorption (lontophoresis) of Chinese medicinals in the treatment of arthrosis. Methods\ A total of 128 patients with knee arthrosis were treated.72 patients were treated by acupuncture,moxibustion & ionic absorption (lontophoresis) of Chinese medicinals. Local and a far acupoints were stimulated with acupuncture,moxibustion and lontophoresis.The control group of 56 patients were treated by non\|steroid anti\|inflamatories per os. Results\ The curative rate was 73.61% for the first group and 39.29% for the control group.The difference was significant statiscally( P >0.01). Conclusions\ The treatment by acupuncture,moxibustion & ionic absorption (lontophoresis) of Chinese medicinals has a very good effect to treat knee arthrosis. [
