摘要 介绍了特厚板坯外部机械化生产线的研制过程,阐述了如何保证室式加热炉炉温均匀性和提高支撑鞍座使用寿命以及如何实现装料出料机高精度可靠运行等方面的研制方法,同时也详细描述了加热生产线的设备结构特点及研制结论。 Introduced that process of the research on the external mechanization heating line for ultra-heavy plate slab. It expounds the method of the research in how to ensure temperature uniformity and improve cushion block life of the chamber furnace , how to realize a high precision and high reliable operation about charging and discharging machine etc. Also describes in detail the characteristics of the device structure and research conclusions of the heating line.
