摘要
采用气相色谱法检测硫化烷基酚钙中的乙二醇含量,并利用外标法,建立了乙二醇质量浓度与平均峰面积的标准曲线,结果表明,乙二醇质量浓度与相应的峰面积有很好的线性关系,由此可以定量定性分析硫化烷基酚钙等润滑油添加剂中乙二醇的含量,从而有效避免在使用过程中因乙二醇含量过多而积累形成的沉淀对发动机造成不同程度的磨损。
The ethylene glycol content in sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate was determined by gas chromatography, analyzed by capillary column chromatography, quantified by the external calibration method, a standard curve between mass concentration of ethylene glycol and the average peak area was established. The experimental results show that there is good linear relationship between mass concentration of ethylene glycol and the corresponding peak area, and the ethylene glycol content in lubricating oil additives such as sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate can be analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by the standard curve, effectively avoiding the attrition harm of different degrees to the engine caused by the excessive accumulation of ethylene glycol during using.
