农民工的迁移与健康——基于迁移地点的Panel证据被引量：22

摘要本文使用固定效应Logit模型,从迁移地点的角度研究了迁移对农民工自评健康状况的影响。研究发现,到外省的迁移对农民工健康状况存在显著负面影响,而省内的迁移对农民工健康状况没有显著影响。地区分割对迁移人群健康的负面影响日渐凸显。迁移地点对农民工健康的影响还存在性别差异。本文的研究结果具有重要的政策含义:应尽快消除地区分割,建立全国统一的劳动力流动市场;社会保险特别是医疗保险应尽快提高统筹层次,实现异地转接以及城镇医保与新农合之间的合并。
