通过文献资料法、调查访问法、比较法、理论分析法和逻辑推理法,对中国新时期运动员退役安置工作的现状以及存在的问题进行分析,提出新时期运动员退役安置工作的对策,为运动员退役安置工作的理论研究及实践操作提供参考,以促进中国竞技体育健康有序的发展。

Adopting methods of documentation,investigation,comparison,theoretical analysis and logic reasoning,this paper analyzed the present situation and existing problems of new time resettlement of retired athletes in China. Countermeasures are put forward to solve these problems and provide a theoretical and practical reference for the resettlement job,in order to promote a healthy and orderly development of Chinese athletic sports.
