摘要
利用生物发酵床养殖废弃物制取生物质颗粒燃料,有效解决了畜禽养殖废弃物环境污染问题,同时扩大了生物质颗粒燃料的原料来源渠道。通过对比试验,研究不同配比原料制取生物质颗粒燃料,生物发酵床养殖废弃物与木屑比值为3∶7时,产品性能最优。通过示范工程建设,规模化推广应用该技术,取得了良好的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。
Using biological fermentation bed waste to produce biomass pellet fuel,can partly replace the traditional wood chips and fruit shell as raw materials,effectively solve the problem of livestock and poultry breeding waste pollution,and also expand the biomass pellet fuel sources of raw materials. Through contrast test,research on the different ratios of raw materials for making the biomass pellet fuel,it was found that when biological fermentation bed waste and wood chips at the ratio of 3∶ 7,the optimal product performance was achieved. Through the demonstration project construction,large-scale popularization and application,the technology was obtained the good economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit.
