新生代农民工身份认知特点探析——以杭州为例

New generation farmer identity acknowledge characteristics probing——take Hangzhou as example

本文以杭州新生代农民工的身份认知调查结果为基础,分析了新生代农民工身份定位的模糊化、身份认知的失调性、身份转型的矛盾状等特点,从经济上打破城乡二元社会结构格局、政治上开通多元利益表达渠道、文化上加强城乡社区交流等方面提出了解决新生代农民工身份认知冲突的举措。

The paper analysed the identity Cognitive fuzziness,dissonance and the contradictory identity transformation willness based on the investigation of the new generation of migrant workers＇ identity Cognition in Hangzhou,and putting forward the solution of new generation of migrant workers identity of cognitive conflict measures .by breaking the dual structure in urban and rural society in economics field,by opening multi benefit -expressing in political field,by strengthening community exchange between urban and rural .in cultural field.
