IT业务外包作为一个新兴的领域,倍受国内企业的青睐,目前已成为企业信息管理业务发展的前沿。近年来,石化行业中的许多企业在也在IT业务外包方面做了大量的尝试,本文从企业IT规划、系统建设、运维和安全四个角度对石化行业IT业务外包的范围作出了分析和思考。

Information technology outsourcing has been high-profile by lots of domestic enterprises as a new field, it has became a frontiers of enterprise information management development. In recent years, many enterprises in the petrochemical industry in the IT outsourcing has done a lot of experiment, this paper made analysis and thinking of IT outsourcing from four angles： IT planning, information system establishment, IT operation and security in petrochemical industry.
