四妙勇安汤中绿原酸在大鼠肠的吸收动力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的考察四妙勇安汤中绿原酸在大鼠肠的吸收动力学特征。方法采用大鼠在体肠灌流模型,结合高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法分别测定绿原酸和酚红的质量浓度。结果绿原酸在十二指肠、回肠、空肠的吸收速率常数分别为0.081 6、0.091 2、0.074 8 h-1,回肠与十二指肠、空肠比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);绿原酸吸收动力学方程为Y=-0.088 6X+2.899 3(r=0.993 2),吸收速率常数为0.088 6h-1。结论绿原酸在回肠段的吸收优于十二指肠段和空肠段,药物吸收呈一级动力学过程。 Objective To study the intestinal absorption kinetics of chlorogenic acid in Simiao Yongan decoction in rats. Methods The study was performed by an in vivo intestinal perfusion model in rats,and the concentration of chlorogenic acid and phenol red were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectroscopy,respectively. Results The intestinal absorption rate constants at duodenum,ileum and jejunum were 0.081 6,0.091 2,0.074 8 h-1,and there was significant difference between duodenum,ileum and jejunum on the absorption of chlorogenic acid( P 0.01). The regression of chlorogenic acid was Y =- 0. 088 6X + 2. 899 3( r = 0. 993 2),and the absorption rate was 0. 088 6 h-1.Conclusion The absorption of chlorogenic acid at ileum is superior to that at duodenum and jejunum,and the absorption of chlorogenic acid is a first-order kinetics process.
