摘要
目的探讨应用药房事务管理系统在科学合理地安排药师人力资源和提高药房管理者工作效率方面的优势。方法利用网络Excel平台开发一套药房事务管理系统。应用系统日常业务功能实施科学排班和班务总结,应用系统统计分析功能自动汇总工作量和分析数据。结果使用该系统避免了药房管理者手工排班、计算休假和统计工作量,提高了班务管理质量和效率,且系统界面整洁大方,一目了然,资料便于保存与查询。结论药房事务管理系统实用,操作简单快捷,提高了办公信息化程度,值得广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the advantages of pharmacy affairs management system on reasonable arrangement for pharmacy manager of human resources and improvement of work efficiency. Methods The Internet Excel platform was adopted to develop a pharmacy transaction management system. The system daily business function was used to implement scientific scheduling and pharmacy affairs summary. The system statistical analysis function was used to aggregate workload automatically and analyze data. Results The pharmacy managers avoided manual scheduling,vacation calculation and workload statistics. It improved the service quality and efficiency of pharmacy affairs management. The system had clean and generous system interface,which is easy to save and query data. Conclusion The pharmacy affairs management system is practical,simple and efficient,which may improve the degree of office information.
