摘要
荔枝核具有祛寒止痛、行气散结等功效,是药食同补的传统中药材。近年来有关荔枝核的化学成分(如挥发性成分类、有机酸和脂肪酸类、氨基酸类、皂苷类、黄酮类、糖类等)和药理作用(如抗氧化和自由基清除、抑制微生物、抗肝损伤、降糖调血脂及抑制肿瘤作用等)的研究有较大进展,本文对此进行综述。
Litchi seeds show salutary pharmacodynamic effects,such as dispelling cold,relieving pain,promoting circulation of qi and removing stasis,which has been a traditional Chinese medicine nourishing as medicine and diet. Recent studies of litchi seeds have concentrated on their chemical components,such as volatile constituents,organic acids and fatty acids,amino acids,saponins,flavonoids and sugar,and pharmacological effects,such as antioxidant and free radical scavenging effect,suppression for viruses and bacteria,resistance to liver damage,hypoglycemic action and adjusting blood lipid,and inhibition of tumor. This paper will review the active ingredients and molecular efficacy mechanisms of litchi seeds.
