浅析黑龙江省农民工法律援助中的困境与对策

Analysis of the Difficulty and Solution of Legal Aid System to Migrant Workers in Heilongjiang

农民工是社会发展中迫切需要保障权利的群体,法律援助制度是维护其合法权益的重要制度保障。从黑龙江省的角度来看,由于多方面原因存在,使对农民工的法律援助工作仍然存在着若干问题。目前,从国家政策和法制建设方面为法律援助提供了政策指导和法律依据,要结合黑龙江省的实际,通过发挥地方层面的制度创新作用,以"小制度"来寻求黑龙江省农民工法律援助工作中所存困难的解决之道。

Migrant workers are groups which rights areurgent to be protected in social development.Legal aid system is an important institutional guarantee for safeguarding their legitimate rights and interest. Because there are many reasons,the legal aid to migrant workers still has some problems.At present,the national policy and legal system construction have provided policy guidance and legal basis for the legal aid.According to the practice in our province,and the role of the system innovation,by the ＂quasi institution＂ ,we should seek the solution of the difficult,which kept in legal aid to migrant workers in our province.
