摘要
黑龙江省农村幼儿教师专业发展有其自身的特点,运用多种调查研究方法,可以充分了解农村幼儿教师专业发展情况,看到我省农村幼儿教师专业发展中存在的主要问题,寻找有效的解决对策。
With the characteristics of its own development of rural preschool teachers in Heilongjiang Province,we use a variety of research methods,can fully understand the rural preschool teachers’ professional development,also cansee ourprovince ruralpreschool teachers’ professional development,the main problems in finding effective solutions.
