在全媒体的时代背景下,检察机关的执法活动越来越成为社会各界和新闻媒体关注的焦点,这给检察执法公信力建设带来机遇的同时更带来挑战。一方面,检察权运行不完善之处在个案的报道中会被放大,检察机关回应全媒体的能力还有待提高,另一方面,全媒体对公众的司法期待也有推高作用。因此,加强检察执法公信力建设,首先应健全检察权运行机制,保障检察机关依法规范行使检察权,让全媒体"无懈可击"。利用好全媒体,开展多层次的检务公开,将检察改革的蓝图和思路、检察执法的依据和过程展示给公众。一旦发生了涉检网络舆情,积极推进检察执法的公关活动,及时向全媒体和公众传递重要的信息,争夺舆论的主导权。

In all media era background, the procuratorial organ＇s enforcement activities have increasingly become the focus of the community and news media attention.This brings opportunities and more challenges to the law enforcement credibility construction. On the one hand, the procuratorial law enforcement activities are not perfect in case reports will be amplified, the procuratorial organs＇ response ability to the whole media remains to be improved. On the other hand, judicial expectation of the public have to be push high by the all media. Therefore, to strengthen the procuratorial organ law en- forcement credibility construction, we should first improve the operating mechanism of the procuratorial power, guarantee the procuratorial organs exercise procuratorial authority according to law. On this basis, make good use of all media, carry out multi-level openness of procuratorial work, and show the basis and the process of procuratorial reform blueprint and ideas to the public. Once the procuratorial network public opinion appears, we should actively promote the procuratorial enforcement of public relations activities, timely deliver important information to all media and the public, and compete for dominance of public opinion.
