摘要
为探究煤岩抗压强度随材料配比变化的关系,满足实验模拟煤壁强度特性的要求,基于不同配比的煤岩试样,开展单轴加载实验。分析不同材料配比下煤岩的强度特征、变形特征及劈裂形态,研究并确定煤岩抗压强度与煤岩材料配比的定量关系。结果表明:在实验研究范围内,随着煤粉与水泥配比的增大,煤岩抗压强度呈指数关系减小,其拟合关系式为σc=92.124e-1.096 9ξ。根据煤岩材料不同配比下的强度大小,结合其煤岩坚固性系数关系,可以判别煤岩体类型,为实验模拟煤壁强度特性提供依据。
This paper is prompted by an attempt to explore the dynamic relationship between coal rock compressive strength and the material proportion and thereby realize the simulation of the strength behavior of coal walls,as is required by an experiment.This consists of a uniaxial loading experiment based on coal rock samples with different ratios,an analysis of strength characteristics of coal rock and the deformation characteristics and the splitting pattern under different material ratio,and an insight into the quantitative relationship between compressive strength and material ratio of coal rock.Results suggest that an increase in the ratio of pulverized coal and cement is followed by an exponential decrease in the compressive strength of coal rock,as occurs in an experiment,and this is expressed by the fitting formula σc =92.124e-1.0969ξ The magnitude of strength of coal and rock,as is determined by the different ratio of materials,coupled with other coal rock solidity coefficient relation,allows the discrimination of the coal rock types and provides the basis for the experiment-needed simulation of strength behaviour of coal walls.
