摘要
实践教学模式是本科教学有效实施的依托,是体现法学教育和应用型人才培养特色的重要环节。针对法学本科实践教学模式及其质量评价的现状,进行阐述构建基于TQM(全面质量管理)的法学实践教学模式及其质量评价体系的必要性,最后提出基于TQM理念整合优化法学实践教学模式及构建质量评价体系的具体建议,以期为法学教育改革提供参考,提升法学本科教育质量。
The practice teaching mode is the base to implement the undergraduate teaching effectively,and it is an important link to embody the characteristic of legal education and applied talents. Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation of legal practical teaching mode and its quality evaluation. Secondly,it interprets the necessity of legal practice teaching mode based on the TQM(total quality management) and its quality evaluation system. Finally it puts forward specific recommendations of integration and optimization of practice teaching mode with the idea based on TQM in order to provide the reference of the reform of legal education and to improve the quality of the undergraduate education of law.
