摘要
针对大型风机油冷器温度控制要求,设计了“百叶窗”式连杆辅助油温调节结构,并对平行四边形连杆机构的运动特性进行了分析。通过调节叶片在在0°~90°角度范围内开启与闭合,实现对冷却风量的控制,达到调节油温目的。该机构结构简单,操作方便,能够很好地实现风量对风机油温的调节控制,对大型风机油温调节提供了实践借鉴意义。
In view of the large win d oil cooler temperature control requirements, design the blinds type connecting rod auxiliary temperature adjusting structure, and the parallelogram motion characteristics of linkage mechanism are analyzed. By adjusting the blade in the 0 ° angle within 90 degrees of opening and closing, to realize the control of the cooling air, to adjust the temperature, the mechanism is simple in structure,convenient in operation,can realize the control of temperature in air blower,the large wind turbine oil temperature regulation provides practical reference.
