摘要
通过研究分析带线缝合针打孔加工工艺和现有打孔设备情况,对带线缝合针打孔工序进行集中,确立全自动化设计目标。通过对设备机械结构和控制系统的设计,使该医用带线缝合针打孔机能够跟上现代自动化的发展,使控制更简单,操作更方便。
This paper analyzed the suture with needle punching process and the existing drilling equipments through research, established the design goals of full automation of the suture with needle punching process. Through the design of mechanical structure and control system,the medical suture needle with punch can keep up with the development of modern automation control, the control is simpler, and operation is more convenient.
