摘要
以不能更换滑道(缸)的BRW80/35(20)型乳化液泵为例,阐述了利用机械加工技术修复因刮伤、磨损或破损(以下简称故障)滑道而报废的乳化液泵,使其恢复原有技术状态、参数,使报废故障箱体的再利用率达98%,解决了故障乳化液泵体不能再利用的难题,使企业节省了更换新乳化泵的费用,增加了企业经济效益。
This paper takes the can not replacing slide (cylinder) BRW80/35 (20) emulsion pump as an example, describes the use of mechanical processing technology to repair because of scratches, wear or damage (hereinafter referred to as fault) slide and the scrapping of emulsion pump, so that the original technical state, parameter recovery, the abandoned fault case again utilization rate of 98%, solve the problem of fault of emulsion pump can not be used any more, improve the emulsion pump life, eliminate waste, reduce the loss and avoid large economic loss. Enable enterprises to save for the replacement of the new emulsion pump costs, reduces the economic loss increases the economic benefit of the enterprises.
