摘要
目的以山蜡梅叶为原料,制备山蜡梅软胶囊。方法根据正交试验优选山蜡梅软胶囊的囊液处方及制备工艺。结果制品稳定性良好,各项指标均符合要求。结论优选的山蜡梅软胶囊制备工艺合理可行。
Objective To prepare Chimonanthus nitens soft capsule from Chimonanthus nitens as raw material. Methods The prescription of the capsule liquid and the preparation process were optimized according to the orthogonal test furthermore, the preproduction test was conducted. Results Stability of the products is good, all the indexes can meet the requirements. Conclusion The optimized preparation process of Chimonanthus nitens soft capsule is reasonable and feasible.
