摘要
目的探明超微七味白术散对抗生素菌群失调腹泻小鼠小肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度的影响,为进一步研究超微七味白术散治疗腹泻的机制提供形态学依据。方法采用灌胃头孢拉啶和硫酸庆大霉素混合抗生素进行造模,然后分别灌胃七味白术散的传统汤药全量和超微汤药1/2剂量进行治疗,正常组和模型组分别灌胃等量的无菌水。结果 1/2剂量超微汤药治疗组显著增加肠绒毛高度和降低隐窝深度。结论 1/2剂量超微七味白术散对恢复菌群失调腹泻小鼠的肠黏膜的结构具有较好的修复作用。
Objective To study the effects of Qiweibaizhusan ultra-micro powder on small intestine Villus height (V) , Crypt depth (C) in diarrhea mice with dysbacteriosis. Methods The mice model with dysbacteriosis were treated with antibiotics mixture composed of Cefradine Capsules and Gentamycin Sulfate injection by intragastric administration, and then one treatment group mice were given the traditional decoction of Qiweibaizhusan, the other treatment groups' mice were given 1/2 amount of ultra-micro powder Qiweibaishusan, and the normal group and model group mice were given with steriled water by intragastric administration. Results 1/2 volume of ultra-micro powder group markedly increased intestinal villus height and crypt depth, multiply lymphocyte count, thickening of intestinal mucous membrane thickness. Conclusion Herbal Medicine could improve mucosa structure of small intestine in diarrhea mice with dysbacteriosis.
