ABS电磁兼容性能的测试方法探讨

摘要 防抱死制动系统(ABS)作为机动车上的安全部件,其电磁兼容性能在我国已作为一项强制性检验要求加以执行。但由于国内测试标准中对于ABS电磁兼容性能测试方法没有明确的方法要求,故存在利用整车进行ABS电磁兼容性能测试,如生产企业的研发测试和将其作为零部件进行测试等不同方法。本文系统介绍了目前常用的ABS电磁兼容性能测试方法,同时对不同的方法进行分析比较和探讨。 The anti-lock braking system (ABS) as a safety component on a motor vehicle, its elec- tromagnetic compatibility in our country has been a mandatory inspection requirements to be im- plemented. However, because there is no clear standard test method requirements for ABS elec- tromagnetic compatibility testing methods, there exist different testing method, such as using ve- hicles which carries ABS for electromagnetic compatibility tests, as in the case of R & D testing in production manufactures; or testing electromagnetic compatibility on ABS parts. This paper de- scribes the system currently used ABS electromagnetic compatibility testing methods, while dif- ferent methods were compared and discussed.
