摘要 文章基于d SPACE的实时仿真器构建了一套传动控制单元半实物仿真及测试系统,并在城轨牵引系统半实物仿真中得到了应用。针对各种实际工况,对现场真实牵引控制器进行了实时仿真测试及验证,仿真测试结果证明了仿真系统和模型的有效性,为产品现场验证、故障再现和回归测试提供了完善的软硬件平台,也为产品软件和硬件预研开发提供了便利环境。 A hardware-in-loop(HIL) simulation and test system for driver control unit was constructed by a real-time simulation system based on dSPACE, which was applied in HIL simulation of metro traction system. The simulation and test system was used for the real driver control unit in different working conditions. The results of simulation and test proved the effectiveness of the model and the simulation system, which provides the hardware and software platform for the product on-site verification, fault reappearance and regression test. Moreover, it also provides a convenient environment for the research and development of software and hardware products.
