关节镜下胫骨髁间隆起骨折治疗的体会 被引量：1

摘要 胫骨髁间隆起骨折是属于关节内骨折,前交叉韧带附着点胫骨止点部骨折,治疗不当,将严重影响膝关节的稳定性,造成髁间窝撞击征和前交叉韧带松弛,极易导致关节的不稳,引起疼痛及骨性关节炎。传统的治疗采用切开复位内固定,手术创伤大,关节探查不全面,术后膝关节功能恢复差及并发症较多。近年来,我们使用了关节镜下治疗此类骨折,取得了满意的疗效。资料与方法1一般资料2009年7月—2011年3月,
