摘要
目的了解护理专业本科学生在早临床体验过程中自我同情的现状,探讨如何提高自我同情能力。方法运用方便抽样的方法,对江苏省某高校护理专业本科学生早临床体验的日记进行整理分析,并通过自我同情问卷测量其自我同情的能力。结果学生自我同情问卷得分为(3.43±0.32)分,总体处于中等水平以上;早临床体验日记提取了4个一级主题词:护理专业学生在早临床体验中表现出了对他人的敏感性;有挖掘事物深层意义的兴趣;善于表达正向感受,有明显的自我鼓舞倾向;以审视的态度客观对待消极事件和情绪反应。结论学生们在早临床体验过程中表现出了对他人的敏感性、同情心,以及较高的自我接受、调节和社会适应能力。但是,护理专业本科学生对他人的敏感性需进一步培养,同时需要学习增强自我同情能力的方法,以更好地对抗负性情绪。
Objective To investigate the current situation of self-compassion during early clinical experience among first-year undergraduate nursing students, and to explore the way to improve the ability of self-compassion. Methods Seventy-three first-year undergraduate nursing students were recruited in this study using purpose sampling method. The students were investigated using the Self-Compassion Questionnaire and their diaries during early clinical experience were analyzed using Colaizzi's analysis method. Results The average score of self-compassion was(3.43 ±0.32),which was in moderate to high level. The early clinical experience diaries indicated that the students showed sensitivity to others,interest to explore the meaning of experience,expression of positive feelings and high level of self-regulation,and objective coping with negative issues and emotions. Conclusion The first-year undergraduate nursing students showed sensitivity and compassion to others and high level of self-acceptance. self-regulation and social adjustment However, their selfcompassion ability need to be further improved so as to cope with negative emotions better.
