摘要
目的探讨360度反馈评价法在高职护理专业学生临床实习考核中的应用。方法采用自行编制的评价表和权重值,分别从临床教师、实习小组、实习生本人、医生、患者或家属角度,对179名高职护理实习生进行360度反馈评价。结果实习生成绩总评为(78.19±6.90)分,实习生本人和小组成员的评价高于临床教师(P<0.05)。患者和医生均对实习生的专科护理技术和健康教育水平评分偏低。结论 360度反馈评价法能从多角度公平、客观地评价实习生的临床实习质量,有利于实习生的职业发展和正确的综合素质评价。
Objective To explore the application of 360-degree performance appraisal in the evaluation of high er vocational nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Totally 179 higher vocational nursing students were evaluated by clinical instructors,peers,themselves,doctors,patients or relatives using a self-designed questionnaire.The weight of each part was determined. Results The total performance score was(78.19±6.90) points. The scores rated by the nursing student herself/himself and peers were higher than clinical instructors(P〈0.05). The patients and doctors rated lower scores on students' specialized skills and health education. Conclusion 360-degree performance appraisal can fairly and objectively evaluate nursing students from various perspectives. It is useful for the career development and comprehensive evaluation of nursing students.
