摘要
根据螺旋桨的型值参数,在Fluent前处理器ICEM中建立2套不同的网格模型对螺旋桨的敞水性能进行预报,采用计算流体力学(CFD)理论,结合雷诺平均纳维—斯托克斯(RANS)方程和3种不同湍流模型对螺旋桨的敞水性能进行研究,模拟在不同进速系数下的螺旋桨的推力、转矩系数、桨叶表面压力分布以及桨后尾流场的情况等。通过与试验数据的比较表明:采用RANS方法结合不同网格及湍流模型都能准确预报螺旋桨的敞水性能,其中六面体网格模型计算结果及收敛速度更优,且结合雷诺应力模型(RSM)精确度最高,更适合螺旋桨粘性流场的数值计算。
Depending on the type of propeller parameters,build two different grid model in ICEM,using computational fluid dynamics( CFD) theory,combined with RANS equations and three different kinds of turbulence model to predict the propeller open water performance,simulated the coefficient of propeller thrust and torque coefficient,blade surface pressure distribution and the situation of the propeller wake field under different speed. Compared with the experimental data,the results show that using RANS method and combining with different grid and turbulence model all can predict propeller open water performance accurately,which hexahedral grid model calculation results and better convergence speed,and combining with the Reynolds stress model( RSM) the highest accuracy,is more suitable for viscous flow field numerical calculation of propeller.
