摘要
竹丝端面图像采集系统主要结构,分别由定心结构、档板升降结构和相机图像采集软件组成。文章以竹丝坯料为研究对象,通过夹持装置夹持竹丝一端插入定心结构后夹持固定,由档板升降结构限位,通过操控相机对竹丝端面图像采集。经过数次试验结果对比分析后,确定系统的光圈和亮度参数,该系统能够满足后续图像分割与计数的要求。
The main structure of image collection system for end face of bamboo thread is presented, which is composed of the centering structure, baffle plate lifting structure and image acquisition software.Bamboo thread as the research object, the end of clamping bamboo thread is inserted into the centering structure by holding device for clamping and fixing with limit of the baffle plate lifting structure.The image of end face of clamping bamboo thread is acquired by manipulating the industrial camera.The resuhs of several test contrast and analysis are indicated appropriate aperture and brightness parameters of the system that can meet the requiremenls of the subsequent image segmentation and counting.
