摘要
文章对国内外可追溯系统的现状进行了分析,着重探讨了可追溯系统在D公司喷漆产品制造过程中的应用,同时,对相关利益者进行了分析,利用二维码建立了整套生产追溯平台。此喷漆产品质量追溯平台,不但帮助了D公司对产品生产步骤有了更深入的了解,而且对管控整个生产流程,改善生产效率及提高良率均起到良好的作用。
The article on the domestic and foreign present situation of traceability system were analyzed, emphatically discusses the traceability system spray application,the process of product manufacturing in D company at the same time,the stakeholders are analyzed, established complete traceability platform using two-dimensional code. This paint product quality traceability platform, not only helps D company had a deeper understanding of the production steps,and to control the entire production process,improve production efficiency and improve the yield rate all play a good role.
