惯性违章问题是铁路工务作业中的重要问题之一,直接影响铁路运输安全。文章将对工务作业中出现的惯性违章问题进行全面分析,主要针对惯性违章问题的成因展开深入探讨,并总结出有效的对策措施。从强化安全管理、提高安全责任意识、加强职工教育培训,以及建立科学的奖惩考核制度4个方面预防及解决惯性违章问题,保证铁路工务作业安全有序。

The illegal inertia operations as one of important issues in the railway works directly threaten the safety of railway transportation.This paper first summarized the phenomena of illegal inertia operations in daily work, then comprehensively analyzed and discussed the causes of illegal inertia operations.Finally,we made some effective countermeasures for the above phenomena.The countermeasures are summed as follows,enhancing security management,improving the responsibility of safety awareness, strengthening education and training for staffs, and establishing a scientific reward system.We suggest these countermeasures maybe make railway works more safe and orderly.
