摘要
文章在总结法律翻译教学实践困境的基础上,结合翻译教学的发展趋势,认为法律翻译教学应当体现ESP的教学特点,激发学生自主学习能力,积极兼顾法学与翻译基础知识与基本技能。知识与技能的积累应当突破传统课堂教学模式,充分利用信息化时代的便利条件,通过语料库和法律检索数据库等信息化手段的运用,为法律翻译教学中的困境探寻解决路径。
By summing up the pedagogical baffles concerning the legal translation education, this paper argues that legal translation education should take into full account of the peculiarities of ESP, promoting students' self-learning capacity, and attaching importance to the acquisition of the science of law and translation skills. The author also suggests that the traditional legal translation education model is no more suitable for ongoing accumulation of knowledge and promotion of skills, and that we should make full use of the available IT-based methods such as corpus and database retrieval of law to upgrade the legal translation education.
